The Moscow conceptualist, «Collective actions» group participant since 1979. In painting and installations, created together with Elena Elagina, builds author's mythology, mixing Soviet totalitarian realities, fairy-tale characters and motifs of late Malevich. Laureate of the «Innovation» (2012). Works are in the Pompidou Center, the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Russian Museum, the MMOMA.
