Gosha Ostretsov 1967
In the 80's-90's was engaged in costume creation, performances, installations, worked for Paul Gaultier. Then turned to painting and graphics, based on comics aesthetics. The stories are based on ironic rethinking of mass culture and politics. Develops the correlation between the personal and social, imposed on society by cliches of social behavior. Participated in the Venice Biennale (2009). Works are in the Tretyakov Gallery.
